Join us for a lightsaber training that blends martial arts, choreography and mindfulness. Burn calories, build coordination and improve focus in a full-body, 90-minute session. Move with purpose, de-stress and reconnect through the glow of saber practice. No experience necessary - from beginners to advanced. LED sabers provided. Registration opens the previous Thursday at 10 a.m. Ages: 17+
