LUMINA Notation System: Use freely and publish as you’d like as long as you attribute SaberCraft.org for the notation system. All notation you derive based off the notation is your property.
This means you are welcomed to the LUMINA Temporal Notation System and to publish your choreographies using it for free as long as you do not profit off of it. If you are interested in opening a chapter or using this notation for your own coursework, you may do so as long as SaberCraft.org is attributed as the originator of the LUMINA notation system and provide a link in return to our website and materials. If you are interested in making a profit, please contact us to arrange a proper licensing agreement. Everyone is welcomed to contribute to it and we can make modifications following standards. This will prevent 500 different versions of notations. We are here to help you grow without giving up all the hard work we’ve put into this. Support us by attribution. The LUMINA Temporal Notation System is provided under the Attribution-NonCommercial – CC BY-NC – 2017 Creative Commons license through SaberCraft.org. Permission is granted to copy, distribute with modifications and edits along with Attribution but not for Commercial under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International Public License (“Public License”).
The LUMINA Core CM Library (A-Z): Use freely and publish as you’d like as long as you attribute SaberCraft.org. You can’t change the core CMs but you can create remixes of your own.

Feel free to perform or remix any of our choreographies for performances. You may credit us if you’d like but not necessary.
LUMINA Sport Guides and Rules: You are free to assemble, build teams and participate for free.
You are free to assemble LUMINA Sport Teams, Leagues and classes along as you attribute, do it for non-profit and anything you derive follows the same license. Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA). Your team will not be an official league of LUMINA Sports or anything involving the term LUMINA unless your team and teammates are registered on sabercraft.org and are recognized by SaberCraft.org and published on our LUMINA section.

SaberCraft.org Participant Liability Waiver Terms

SaberCraft recommends that you seek the advice of your physician before commencing any exercise routine. The participant assumes any & all risks of injury associated with or in any manner related to his or her use of or presence at any premises, use of any equipment, or participation in any sport, function or activity in any way related to membership, including injury resulting from the negligence of any party. This waiver applies regardless of whether you are participating in any practice, scrimmage, game or function at the time of the injury, or whether your injury occurs as a result of your presence upon the premises regardless of purpose or activity at the time of the injury-causing incident. This waiver & release agreement is intended to be as broad as is allowed under applicable law & applies to any & all claims for damages, regardless of whether they are allegedly caused by the negligence of the league, a team, or their officers, directors, administrators, employees & agents.
All participants of SaberCraft lessons, classes (online and offline), and participants of LUMINA related events to the best of their knowledge, they are in good physical condition & fully able to participate in this course. They are fully aware of the risks & hazards connected with the participation in Saber choreography training & hatha yoga, including physical injury or even death, & herby elect to voluntarily participate in said event, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to them & their property. Upon signing this Agreement & forever thereafter, They agree that if They participate in or attend any SaberCraft League or League related event, or that of any League team (“Team”), or are present on League or Team premises or use any League or Team facility, They do so at their own risk & assume the risk of any & all injury and/or damage They might sustain, regardless of whether They are a participant, a spectator, or otherwise. THEY VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OR LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, that may be sustained by them, or loss or damage to property owned by them, as a result of participation in this course. They further certify that They are at least 18 years of age. If their parent/guardian is not available for authorization, They do so at their own peril understanding the risks involved.
They hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, LUMINA Federation LLC, Alfred Smith, SaberCraft.org, their officers, servants, agents, & employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASES) from any & all liability, claims, demands, actions & causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by them, or to any property belonging to them, while participating in physical activity, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted. They understand that no aerial yoga services, or hot yoga services are offered.
It is their expressed intent that this release & hold harmless agreement shall bind the members of their family & spouse, if They are alive, & their heirs, assigns & personal representative, if They are deceased, & shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, & CONVENTION TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. They hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
In signing this release, They acknowledge & represent that THEY HAVE READ THE FOREGOING Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement, UNDERSTAND IT & AGREE TO IT VOLUNTARILY as their own free act & deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made; & THEY EXECUTE THIS RELEASE FOR FULL, ADEQUATE & COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY SAME. In the event of an accident that causes any form of bodily harm, They will be responsible for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.
They acknowledge that They have carefully read this waiver & release & fully understand that it is a release of liability, & express assumption of risk & indemnity agreement. They are aware & agree that by executing this waiver & release, They are giving up their right to bring a legal action or assert a claim against sabercraft.org, it’s members & instructors for their negligence, or for any defective product on their premises. They have read & voluntarily agreed the waiver & release & further agree that no oral representations, statements, or inducement apart from the foregoing written agreement has been made. They agree, for themselves & their spouse, children, successors, heirs & assigns, that the above representations are contractually binding, & are not mere recitals, & that should They or their successors assert any claim in contravention of this agreement, the asserting party shall be liable for the expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) incurred by the other party or parties in defending against any such action.
